Claudia graduated as a lawyer from Universidad de los Andes, Colombia in 1985 and in 1993 she obtained her Masters Degree in Industrial Relations and Human Capital Management from London School of Economics. She is a Member of Malaysia Institute of Human Resource Management and Malaysian Association of Certified Coaches.
