Claudia graduated as a lawyer from Universidad de los Andes, Colombia in 1985 and in 1993 she obtained her Masters Degree in Industrial Relations and Human Capital Management from London School of Economics. She is a Member of Malaysia Institue of Human Resource Management and Malaysian Association of Certified Coaches.
After 25 years of working with large Malaysian and multinational organizations she took the decision to venture on her own and share her experience with organizations that may require support around managing human capital issues / challenges / opportunities.

She has also led Corporate Planning and Communications, Legal and Secretarial, as well as Facilities Management and Procurement functions.
She is a Certified Coach helping senior leaders and teams to improve their skills, leadership and personal performance.
