Claudia graduated as a lawyer from Universidad de los Andes, Colombia in 1985 and in 1993 she obtained her Masters Degree in Industrial Relations and Human Capital Management from London School of Economics. She is a Member of Malaysia Institute of Human Resource Management and Malaysian Association of Certified Coaches.

Fazi is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources – International (SPHRi) from HRCI, a certified Master Performance Coach (CMPC) accredited by International Coach Federation (ICF). She holds a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management. She is an appointed Research Fellow with the National Human Resources Center (NHRC), and a member of the think tank for Human Resources Development Corp (HRD Corp) that was established to provide strategic and operational HR competencies for Malaysian industries.
Fazi served the corporate sector for 31 years partnering with multiple industries ranging from oil & gas, financial, industrial and Government linked Companies (GLC) whilst holding Senior Management roles including Chief Human Resources Officer at HRD Corp and Prudential BSN Takaful.
As a Corporate HR expert, Fazi is able to leverage off her past C-Suite engagement at Board and Senior Executive levels as a key success factor in showcasing and establishing the Human Resources agenda within the Organization.
She has wide exposure in change management, people management, stakeholder management and organizational development. She has spearheaded several change management projects and the development and implementation of leadership development platforms in line with building of leadership bench strength and succession planning.
