This is the second thought starter document for Star-up Founders, CEOs, Business Leaders, HR Leaders to support them in their continuous effort to reopen in a safe and effective manner based on our own experience with the clients we currently support.

Sri Lanka's National HR Conference took place on 6th and 7th June 2018. Organized by Sri Lanka's Institute of Human Resources, it featured international speakers, panel discussions, exhibition, HR awards ceremony and HR debate.

I had the privilege to be a speaker in Intipesan’s Asia HR Digital 2018 Conference conducted in Jakarta on 3-4 April 2018.
As the event’s first speaker, I used the opportunity to contextualize and put forward my points of view around what I believe are the top 3 matters that any human capital professional should consider in order to advance the conversation of digitally transforming the human capital management function. I would like to share the highlights of my presentation.
I had the honor to be a speaker during Intipesan’s Asia HR Digital 2018 Conference which took place last 3rd – 4th April in Jakarta. I was able to document the questions asked by participants during my session thanks to technology (www.pigeonhole.at). Just in case anyone wonders, Pigeonhole are not asking me to acknowledge them, I have decided to do so on my own, in consideration that I found their tools useful and user friendly. Check them out!
I received a total of 22 questions! I must say that I don’t remember having received that many questions before! Was it thanks to the amazing quality of my presentation 😊? I hope this had something to do with it. Or was it thanks to the fact that participants were able to ask the question in writing whenever they thought about it without having to wait until the end to ask it? Most likely this also played a part.

For a few weeks I have been observing my small bougainvillea garden with worry, as what used to be a healthy bush full of dark green leaves and multi-colored flowers, was beginning to look tired, wilted and uninspiring. A lot of leaves were turning yellow, and a lot had started to drop on the floor.
