The focus was to re-affirm the 2021 priorities, finalize the departmental KPIs and identify the potential challenges the organization will likely face in the coming months in order to effectively address them so they don't come on the way of the organization's ability to reach desired outcomes.
8 April 2021. Claudia facilitated a virtual session on Leadership Impact through the discussion of a Harvard Business Publishing case study.
The session focused on identifying what are the most critical aspects that should be managed to create impact: cultural sensitivities, partnering with others, managing relationships and nurturing talent.
March 30, 2021. Claudia moderated a virtual session with Harvard Professor David Ager for the Ericsson leaders participating in the regional leadership development program.
Professor Ager focused on the concept of collaboration. He discussed the most salient barriers to collaboration and how leaders can deal with and overcome these barriers.
March 25, 2021. Claudia introduced to employees via a virtual townhall the newly designed long term incentive programme to recognize and incentivize employees.
The project was implemented in 3 phases: discovery (to understand the client's expectations and objectives), design (to define the programme's guiding principles), deployment (to ensure the options and grants are awarded in a transparent, objective and fair manner).
March 18, 2021. Claudia moderated a virtual session with one of Ericsson's business leader, Denis Brunetti. He shared with participants his personal leadership journey for over 30 years at Ericsson, and his perspective on leading in a matrix.
March 16, 2021. Claudia was interviewed by Audrey Raj from BFM 89.9 The Business Station, on how to manage effective performance and potential evaluation sessions. Through the interview Claudia covers matters related to managing the evaluation process remotely, the potential biases that people managers should be aware of and how to have effective conversations.
