January 15, 2020. Module 2 - Thinking Ahead of the Curve, was kicked started with a virtual Expert Lecture led by Harvard Business School Professor Rawi Abdelal and Moderated by Claudia Cadena.
January 22, 2020. Claudia Cadena facilitated a one-day workshop. Participants focused on a Harvard Business School case study to discuss disruption vs adaptation, a business framework to strengthen the way they develop and execute strategy, and self evaluation around strategic thinking and curiosity to improve their self awareness and strengthen a culture of innovation.
January 31, 2020. Claudia moderated the Consolidation Webinar for Module 2, Thinking Ahead of the Curve. Participants worked in teams to complete an exercise focusing on how to manage more effectively in consideration of the VUCA business environment. The 90 minutes webinar was used to discuss the outputs from the exercise and derive some valuable insights.

December 1st, 2017. MIHRM organized a networking session between Senior HR professionals from Pakistan (who were attending a Global Leadership Training session organized by Pakistan Institute of HRM) and Malaysia.
Under Claudia's leadership as Malaysia Airlines Chief Human Resources Officer, the organization developed a progressive management trainee programme and deployed several graduate outreach efforts which helped the organization regain its position and brand as an employer of choice for graduates.
